What areas do you work in?
We work in the city of Madrid and the whole Community of Madrid with a 24-48h response time. For the rest of Spain we coordinate technical visits and turnkey projects on a quote basis.
What machine brands do you work with?
Multi-brand technical service: Technogym, Life Fitness, Matrix, Precor, Cybex, Nautilus, Hammer Strength, BH Fitness, Star Trac, Johnson and other brands in the industry.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are resolved on the first visit. If a specific part is needed, we give you a realistic timeline before starting work, usually 24-48h.
Does the quote cost anything?
No. The technical visit and assessment are free and with no obligation. We only invoice if you decide to go ahead with the work.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
Yes, all our repairs include a written warranty and we use original or certified equivalent parts.
Do you offer periodic maintenance contracts?
Yes, we adjust the visit frequency to your room's actual usage, from monthly checks in 24h gyms to yearly checks in residential community rooms.
